TV Weekend: John Oliver, "Good Girls," "Outlander," "American Idol" and more....

Just in time for the presidential campaign, newly sworn-in U.S. citizen John Oliver is back with a new season of sharp-tongued commentary with "Last Week Tonight," kicking off at 11 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 16, on HBO. And prep for him at 9 p.m., when CNN premieres a new season of "Race for the White House."
